Main (selected in advance from a choice of):

• Crispy Skin Chicken – filled with sage, onion & prosciutto stuffing on roasted sweet potato with a pesto cream sauce
• Steak 31 Grain Fed – Sirloin Steak – served creamy mashed potatoes and a beef jus

Includes Bowl Of Veggies in the center of the table. Desert (selected in advance from a choice of):

• Pavlova with whipped cream and a berry compote
• Lemon tart with Whipped cream and raspberry coulis

Registration

Space is limited (60 people) so place your name on the trip sheet (1st in best dressed, less organisers and award nominees) A reserve list will be kept if required. Registration and meal selections are to be made via the registration form on this page. Include the main and desert selection after the name for each person attending.

Payment

Payment must be received before 23rd April 2021 EFT or PayPal/Credit Card Instructions will be included in your confirmation email from the trip leader.
